Seasonal Behavioral Technician (Gloucester County, NJ) – $300 Sign-On Bonus Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We serve families across the state of New Jersey and are currently seeking dedicated Seasonal Behavioral Technicians to join our Gloucester County team. Job Summary As a Seasonal Behavioral Technician, you will support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center . Providers typically work 5–20 hours per week , with 2–4 hour shifts primarily scheduled in the evenings. Services are hands-off , emotionally supportive, and designed to promote client alertness, engagement, and emotional well-being. Roles & Responsibilities Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families Ensure the safety and well-being of the client Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan Conduct functional assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Use redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines Respond to crises using de-escalation and safety strategies Engage clients in interest-based activities to support growth and awareness Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings Follow all agency protocols, procedures, and professional guidelines Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available) High School Diploma required Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred but not required. • 150 issued after 45 days of active case assignment
• 150 issued after an additional 60 days
