Security Officer

Security Officer Graveyard positions are available at our Los Angeles Headquarters. Security Officers are responsible for performing access control, routine patrols, emergency and incident response, and ensuring completion of administrative requirements as assigned by the Security Office. They monitor all access/exit points for anomalies, patrolling the perimeter, exterior and interior of the property to ensure the safety of personnel and protection of property; enforce our policies; engage in security training; complete written reports; document daily activities; comply with standard operating procedures; and respond to security incidents. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum one (1) year of security work experience in a professional setting Guard card required Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports Comfortable working under pressure and dedicated to quality service Familiarity with security policies and procedures Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism Ability to follow detailed, step‑by‑step procedures Understanding of operational priorities, initiative, and exercise of sound independent judgment Capability of working independently without extensive direction or oversight Strong multi‑tasking skills and detail‑oriented focus Preferred Certifications Baton Mace Handcuffing CPR / First Aid / AED Benefits Health coverage for medical, dental, and vision 401(k) savings plan with company match and pension Tuition assistance Floating holidays and PTO for community volunteer programs Paid parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
