Risk Analyst

A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Risk Analyst Looking for experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries Seeking a Risk Analyst I to support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of business and operational risks. This role will partner with business stakeholders and risk teams to evaluate risks, analyze data, assess control effectiveness, and support risk management activities within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate is an early-career risk professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing expertise in operational, financial, and enterprise risk management. Responsibilities Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational, financial, and business risks Analyze risk data, trends, and control activities to identify potential issues and opportunities for mitigation Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of controls and risk management processes Support risk assessments, control reviews, and remediation activities Prepare risk reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for management and stakeholders Track risk issues, action plans, and mitigation efforts to ensure timely resolution Partner with business teams to understand processes, risks, and control environments Support compliance, audit, and governance-related activities as needed Identify opportunities to improve risk management processes and operational efficiency Required skills 1 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, Internal Controls, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and monitor business and operational risks Experience supporting risk assessments, control reviews, compliance activities, or remediation efforts Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to mitigate risk Experience preparing reports, documenting findings, and communicating risk-related information to stakeholders Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Financial services, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
