Travel Wound Care Provider

Quality Surgical Management (QSM) has been a leader in bedside and clinical wound care for more than 30 years. As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to fulfill a travel role and join our team as a highly supported, fully autonomous Travel Wound Care Provider.

Role Responsibilities

As a Travel Wound Care Provider, you will:

• Cover vacant territories, provider absences, and new facility start-ups

• Serve as the initial face of QSM when opening new territories

• Travel throughout the state, ranging from single-day assignments to week-long assignments

• Perform bedside surgical wound care

• Conduct in-person patient assessments

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Collaborate with facility staff and internal QSM support teams

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Adult, Geriatric, or Family) or Physician Assistant

• Willingness to travel statewide by car and air

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable transportation (rental vehicles may be provided for travel assignments)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work onsite with patients

• Ability to adapt to varying schedules based on assignment needs

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to push and pull equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred but not required

• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
