A contract opportunity is available in Providence, RI, for a licensed pharmacist with expertise in retail and long-term care pharmacy services. This position offers a chance to apply your skills in medication distribution and patient counseling while delivering exceptional customer care in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

- Thursday, July 9, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, July 10, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday, July 13, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, July 15, 2026 through Friday, July 31, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on specified weekdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and authorized health practitioners
- Provide thorough, clear guidance to customers on medication use and safety
- Maintain a focus on superior customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care where applicable
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Rhode Island Pharmacist License is required
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently within the scheduled hours and adapt to the community’s needs
