Hybrid Design & Prepress Production Lead

Role Description Directed is seeking a Designer & Prepress Production Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY. This role involves managing the end-to-end production of print and digital design projects while ensuring that brand standards and client expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities include graphic design, production design, and prepress preparation tasks, as well as managing project timelines and collaborating with stakeholders. The position allows for some remote work flexibility, but in-office presence is also required for collaborative efforts and certain project stages. Qualifications Proficiency in Print Production and a strong understanding of prepress workflows and best practices Experience in Production Design and Graphics to deliver high-quality visuals with attention to detail Skills in Image Editing and Branding to enhance and align designs with brand identities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of printing processes and materials, with experience in client-facing roles Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Directed
