Talent Acquisition Director

The Talent Acquisition Director leads the recruitment function at Compass Civics, developing strategies and processes that attract, evaluate, and select individuals who are passionate about civic education, youth leadership, and the organization’s mission. This position is responsible for ensuring that recruitment is organized, accessible, consistent, and aligned with the evolving staffing needs of departments and state-based initiatives.
