Our Work Environment Includes Safe work environment Relaxed atmosphere Immediate opening for experienced steel fabricators in our AISC‑certified fabrication shop. We have been a leader in steel building fabrication since 1977. Minimum 3 years of experience fabricating structural steel, stairs, rails, or other miscellaneous steel off of CAD drawings. The right candidate can hit the ground running doing layouts, fabricating columns, and beams, and has a welding certification issued within the last 3 years. Matching 401K, health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation. 4‑day, 10‑hour shifts with overtime on Friday and a company‑paid BBQ lunch every Thursday (we have offered this for about 25 years). If you have worked in another steel fabrication shop, we would love for you to visit and talk to our employees, most of whom have been with us for 3 to 15 years. We are not the place for a person who thrives on drama or a ball‑busting, impersonal environment where no one cares to learn your name. Work Schedule 10‑hour shifts, four days a week with overtime on Friday. Typical start time: 6:00 AM. Typical end time: 4:30 PM. We can keep most weekends free. This Job Is Military‑experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. We hire experienced semi‑retired fabricators looking for 10–20 hours per week and some walking‑around‑money. It is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education. Job Details Job type: Full‑time. Pay: $24–$29 per hour.
