The Registered Nurse works one on one with clients through Clarity Care’s Home Health Department; focusing on their individual needs to help them achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence. Possess physical aptitudes and capabilities that will enable performance of the job to include: ability to stoop, stand, pull, push, hear, see, kneel, walk, grasp, reach, talk, and lift at least 35 pounds. Performs all other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing Required. Undergo successful orientation and participate in competency-based assessments of skills on a regular basis as required by state law. One year experience in General, Home Health and/or Public Health nursing required, 2 years and Home Health experience preferred. Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required). Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
