Must have qualifications and preferences:

• Familiarity with Payment Industry, platform technologies.
• Reporting: OKR frameworks and implementation.
• Data Analysis: Advanced excel and basic visualization.
• Tech Strat articulation: Storytelling and PowerPoint fluency; ability to create executive ready narratives.
• Executive cadences: Ability to facilitate executive level conversations, if needed.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dexterous multitasker ready to jump in to tackle new challenges thoughtfully.
• A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues.

Key Activities:

• Tech Operating Model and Rhythm operationalization.
• OKR and impact measurement framework established and operationalized — progress against - OKRs is consistently measured and reported.
