Youll assist small-business customers with account questions, billing, policy updates, autopay, and other service needs while creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Process account updates, payment requests, and autopay changes

• Navigate dual monitors and multiple systems during customer calls
• Accurately document interactions in a CRM
• Follow up on open requests and work toward one-call resolution

• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Motivation to provide excellent service and earn additional bonuses

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
