Job Description
Required to be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider, credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance and Liberty Dental Insurance. Must be able to provide a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, removable dentures, extractions, and use of EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).

Responsibilities
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Educational Requirement
- DDS or DMD degree
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience providing a full range of general dental services
Full Requirements
- Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing.
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Must be fully enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider.
- Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.
- Experience performing preventive services.
- Experience with restorations.
- Experience with removable complete and partial dentures.
- Experience performing extractions.
- Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Heal Record (Highly desired).
