Associate Litigation Attorney – Toxic Tort & Asbestos Defense A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with experience in toxic tort and asbestos defense litigation to support a sophisticated defense practice handling complex toxic exposure matters throughout California. Location California (Hybrid, Remote, or Office-Based) Compensation $130,000–$200,000+, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the published range. Responsibilities Manage toxic tort and asbestos litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and case evaluations. Prepare and respond to written discovery. Take and defend depositions. Assist with mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial preparation. Manage deadlines, court appearances, and client reporting. Requirements Active California State Bar membership. 2+ years of litigation experience. Prior billable-hour experience. Toxic tort and/or asbestos litigation experience.
