Registered Nurse (RN) - Evening Shift

Job Duties

Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking Registered Nurse's to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder. Full-time and part-time positions available with evening and every other weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessment of health status on individual upon admission and discharge.

Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status.

Evaluate appropriate referral sources for client upon discharge.

Participate in the development and modification of a plan of care.

Implement physician order's .

Preform general nursing procedures and care to clients.

Provide oversight to clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored sobriety.

Make behavioral observations of clients and potential clients.

Minimum Education Required

Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required.

Must have a current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.

Minimum Experience Required

Experience working with individuals that have substance use and/or co-occurring disorder preferred.
