Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide expert care primarily to workers' compensation and orthopedic patients. The ideal candidate will focus on patient assessment, developing effective treatment plans, and continually monitoring progress to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess physical condition and functional needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong patient communication skills
- Experienced in rehabilitation techniques
- Proficient in clinical assessment
