As a Security Guard Active DoD Secret Clearance in Wayne NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings grounds and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity in an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements and support compliance with location protocols for restricted areas.
• Support personnel contractors and visitors with directions and assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions and reporting maintenance access and/or operational issues as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
