POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer CLASSIFICATION: Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW: ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. ADB is seeking a Graphic Designer to create designs, concepts, and layouts to support ADB’s marketing campaigns for various business divisions. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and an acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key business leaders is essential. The ideal candidate is a fresh creative thinker, able to translate and extend concepts into effective marketing assets, with a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to independently and proficiently perform support functions for the Marketing department; includes coordinating meetings, responding to day-to-day requests or inquiries, managing social media, etc. Responsible for developing and maintaining ADB’s visual brand across all materials; creating and laying out digital ads, email blasts, social media as well as other digital assets and the occasional traditional print asset Has advanced technical skills associated with graphic design; oversees branding, content creation and videography/photography for internal marketing initiatives Perform market research to identify design trends, determine best practices, offer innovative solutions and ideas for content and collateral, and make business-impactful recommendations based on findings Collaborate & execute all phases of design from concept to distribution, including layout, formatting, production, and publishing Support the development of presentation materials as well as present marketing campaigns to gain alignment from executive leadership team Generate creative solutions for campaign/event design, landing pages, paid digital, social, email Ability to show a keen understanding of layout, visual hierarchy of information, and design sense Manage & monitor metrics and analytics for website and social media channels Maintaining and building an asset library of graphics, imagery, and infographic elements for marketing needs by taking photos on-site and at ADB events as needed Collaborate with proposal team to create efficient and effective processes for submitting proposals with consistent branding guidelines Expert ability to create and edit videos in-house for social media, website, and internal use Involvement in event coordination and execution of ADB culture events Performs other duties as assigned by leadership SUCCESS FACTORS: 10% Travel ability nationwide A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values A high level of customer centricity Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Expert experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software (Photoshop, InDesigner, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.) WORK ENVIRONMENT: Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069 This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 3+ years of experience with specialized graphic design and editing software required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver’s License required The starting pay for this position is [X amount] and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
