About the Role You’ll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings Configure and customize ERP systems to align with business needs and proven practices Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations Develop data models, mappings, and transformations to support migration, integration, and reporting Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization What You’ll Bring Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Have 3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience Know ERP manufacturing concepts and have worked with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences Know Agile and Waterfall methodologies Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required) Benefits Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1 401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90‑day waiting period Flexible PTO that grows over time 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays Monthly team events Location: Naperville, IL Schedule: Mon–Fri | Onsite Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 base We are building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
