As a Service Technician for Esler Companies Renewal by Andersen you're a professional craftsperson who is experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
• Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver's License.
