Redis Cloud Support Terraform Developer

Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform support
• 3+ years of hands-on Terraform experience developing Infrastructure as Code
• Experience supporting enterprise caching technologies such as Redis Cloud, Valkey, or Google Cloud Memorystore
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, including deploying and managing cloud-native services
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and caching architectures
• Experience with cloud networking, including Azure VNets, Google Cloud VPCs, load balancers, DNS, firewall rules, and private endpoints
• Hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
• Preferred: experience with Redis Enterprise or other enterprise caching solutions
• Preferred: Azure and/or GCP cloud certifications
• Preferred: experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms
• Preferred: knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Preferred: experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability architectures
• Preferred: understanding of security controls, encryption, secrets management, and compliance requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code solutions and reusable modules for Azure and GCP
• Deploy, configure, administer, and support Redis Cloud, Valkey, and Google Cloud Memorystore environments
• Automate provisioning, configuration, scaling, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise caching platforms
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, replication, failover, and availability issues
• Build resilient, highly available caching architectures for business-critical applications
• Investigate root causes and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
• Work with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Application Development, Security, and Operations teams
• Monitor platform health, capacity, latency, throughput, and service availability
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and maintenance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, operating procedures, and architecture diagrams
• Ensure platforms meet security, governance, and operational standards
