Enterprise Solutions Architect

Enterprise Solutions Architect Acosta Group is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle’s cloud-based Fusion and Integration solutions. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with HR business strategies, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant implementations. Location: Must be within commutable distance to Acosta Group offices in Lewisville, TX or Jacksonville, FL. The position is a hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days in office. Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1, F1, OPT, EAD, TN) or a C2C arrangement. Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture – Design scalable and robust enterprise solutions that align with business goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and develop solution blueprints. Implementation & Configuration – Lead the design and architecture of Enterprise modules and third‑party integrations, including HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and UKG. Business Analysis – Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and recommend process improvements; serve as a trusted advisor on HR technology strategy. Integration & Data Migration – Oversee integrations between enterprise systems using cloud architecture and architect data migration activities to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance. Security & Compliance – Architect role‑based access controls (RBAC) and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry standards. Troubleshooting & Support – Lead architectural design and system enhancements, acting as the primary troubleshooter. Technical Project Management – Lead end‑to‑end enterprise projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors, manage delivery timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Documentation – Develop technical documentation and best‑practice guidelines. Strategic & Technical Leadership – Define long‑term architectural strategies, short‑term tactical plans, guide analysts, developers, and project teams, and conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovations. Process Modeling – Model business and system processes using use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models. Qualifications Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in solutions architecture or related field. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise application implementations. Proven track record in leading full‑lifecycle enterprise projects. Expertise in enterprise and corporate business applications. Experience with third‑party integrations, particularly UKG, is a plus. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
