Responsibilities \n \n Provide direct patient care in a Level I Trauma Center. \n Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. \n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias. \n Care for ventilated patients and manage emergency situations. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity. \n Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. \n Provide education and support to patients and their families. \n Requirements \n \n Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting. \n Experience in a Trauma Level I facility is required. \n Pediatric experience is strongly preferred. \n Must have a permanent MA nursing license. \n Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. \n Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. \n Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required. \n National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required. \n Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is required. \n Proficiency in EPIC is preferred. \n Patient Care Details \n \n Care for patients across all age groups: neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. \n \n \n WCS Healthcare Partners Job ID 26-06553.
