Job Title: Specialist, Industrial Security (CPSO)Job Code: 41851Job Location: Chantilly, VAJob Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)Job Description:The Industrial Security (CPSO) is responsible for managing and directing security related issues for the assigned SCIF. This position’s responsibilities include managing the SCIF personnel security portfolio. The duties include Request For Access(RFA) submissions, maintain SF86 documents, maintain Secure facility documentation, managing foreign travel, visitor control, and other personnel security duties.The CPSO implements all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on Intelligence Community Directives, 32 CFR Part 117 and other governing directives, as applicable. Essential Functions:Maintain and update multiple personnel security databases, including DISS, SIMS, and various IC customer-specific systemsPartner with Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSO) to provide excellent customer service to various programs and customersGenerate, receive, and track classified visit requestsSupport for the security awareness and education programsAct as Title 50 Foreign Travel point of contact for the organizationConduct RFA Nominations, Polygraph Requests, and SF86 reviews and submissionsEnsure subcontractor compliance with all PERSEC requirementsParticipate in Government Security Compliance Inspections and corrective action activitiesQualifications:Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility; Eligibility for CI PolygraphPreferred Additional Skills:Experience with DISS/NBIS/eAPPFSO Certification (or attain within 6 months of employment)PERSEC ExperienceExperience with Lenel/Ccure Badging DatabasesIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia (Greater D.C. area) is $76,500 - $141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
