Cogeneration Supervisor

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Cogeneration Supervisor to join their team. As a Cogeneration Supervisor , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cogeneration Supervisor
Location: Lake Orion, MI

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and support personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks across the facility.
• Manage supply inventory levels and oversee subcontractor work to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, EPA, OSHA, and internal safety programs.
• Communicate regularly with team members and plant management to report on operational status and project progress.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision or a related field.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance, minor DC and AC voltage, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with union employees and following collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
