Operations Leader — Scale to $10M with Purpose

Opportunity Partners, Inc.

Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to scale packaging and kitting from $5M to $10M in annual revenue while maintaining quality and delivery excellence. You will advance a recently implemented ERP, mentor an expanding operations team, and help design new inclusive work models as the company moves away from sub-minimum wage employment by 2028. The role requires a track record of growing operations, strong leadership of managers, and a focus on lean, Six Sigma, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Opportunity Partners, Inc.
