Senior Desktop Support Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage desktop support and end-user IT support teams.
- Deliver high-touch, white-glove support for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, security, and asset governance.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service standards.
- Manage support operations across distributed or regional teams.
- Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT support processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a desktop or end-user support leadership role.
- Strong expertise in macOS and Windows enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting executive-level users in high-touch environments.
- Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, security patching, and asset management.
- Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with budget and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creative, design-led, or high-performance enterprise environments.
- Background in retail or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
