We’re looking for a dynamic Managing Attorney to take the lead on our legal operations, guiding a high-performing team across a wide range of immigration matters. What You’ll Be Leading You’ll oversee and guide attorneys working across: EOIR (Immigration Court) matters USCIS filings (paper & online) ICE cases (stays, waivers, enforcement) Client consultations & case evaluations NVC & Consular processing Your Impact: Lead & Inspire Mentor and empower attorneys across departments Drive consistency in legal strategy and case outcomes Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth Elevate Legal Excellence Provide guidance on complex cases and escalations Ensure top-tier quality across filings, strategy, and execution Implement best practices and continuously improve workflows Build & Develop Teams Coach, train, and support attorney development Partner with admin and paralegal teams for seamless operations Play a key role in hiring and onboarding top talent Drive Operational Success Optimize systems, processes, and internal workflows Monitor performance metrics and case progress Ensure effective use of tools like Docketwise Champion Client Experience Maintain high standards in communication and service Address escalations with professionalism and care Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards What You Bring Active Bar membership (in good standing) 10+ years of U.S. immigration law experience Strong background in EOIR, USCIS, ICE & consular cases Proven leadership managing attorneys and legal teams Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Experience with legal tech (Docketwise a plus!)
