Industrial Painter/Powder Coater

$15–$24 per hour | Full-Time | Overtime Available

Morgan Metals Inc is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to fabricated metal products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and product appearance.

What We Offer:

$15–$22 per hour
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking
Apply industrial paint and powder coatings to metal components
Apply powder coating using spray guns and powder booth systems
Operate curing ovens to ensure proper finish and durability
Monitor spray equipment and maintain consistent finish quality
Perform visual and thickness inspections
Work closely with production to meet quality and output goals

Requirements:

Experience in industrial painting or powder coating
Familiarity with spray systems and finishing equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
