If you're safety-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you!Shifts:Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | $20.00/HRMonday–Thursday | 8:00 PM–6:30 AM | $21.00/HRFriday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM | $22.00/HRThe Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and prepare products for shipping and receiving. You'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently while meeting customer needs and maintaining inventory accuracy.Responsibilities:Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including: Sit-down forklifts & Picker equipmentLoad, unload, transport, and store products and materialsStack products and materials in designated areasScan products and print labels using warehouse equipmentComplete required paperwork and operate inventory management systemsFollow proper product rotation proceduresPerform cycle counts as requiredComplete daily forklift safety inspections using the required checklistMaintain the facility in an inspection-ready condition for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirementsImmediately communicate and report incidents to a supervisorPerform housekeeping duties as neededComplete other duties and assignments as directed by the SupervisorSafety and quality are a top priority. Forklift Operators are expected to follow all safety procedures, complete required equipment inspections, maintain accurate inventory practices, and help ensure the facility remains ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer inspections.Desired Background/Skills:Minimum 2 years of prior forklift operating experienceMust currently hold a forklift operator license or be able to obtain oneBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to safely operate warehouse equipmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentThis position does not require travel.
