Merchandiser (Full Time)

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labor-intensive, requiring regular lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Full‑Time Merchandiser ensures that the proper level of Red Bull products is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in large and small format stores, and serves all customers safely, productively and professionally. Responsibilities Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics. Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit. Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange. Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards. Maintain clean, organized back‑stock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness. Support in‑store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales. Other duties as assigned. Communication Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in‑store execution. Qualifications A valid U.S. Driver’s License. A reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage. Minimum age of 18 years. Experience in merchandising is a plus. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. English proficiency; additional languages an advantage. The base salary range for this position is $15.10 to $22.65 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
