POSITION SUMMARYAs the Associate Manager of Web Analytics for NatureMade.com, you will help build and drive website & ecommerce reporting. You will be responsible for building, designing, and reporting KPIs. You will be the main analytics thought partner bringing analytics leadership to the NatureMade.com team to drive insights and action. We need someone with a strong business acumen, excellent storytelling skills, and a robust technical toolkit. You’ll work with the Marketing Analytics team and key decision-makers throughout the DTC team and share your insights and recommendations with all levels of the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine KPIs, reporting methods, and dashboard functionality to monitor NatureMade.com performance and connect results to broader brand and business objectives.Translate DTC performance data into clear, compelling stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.Develop regular executive-ready readouts that highlight key insights, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities in a concise and strategic way.Build, update, and manage Looker dashboards that enable faster business understanding, stronger decision-making, and alignment to brand strategy.Strengthen A/B testing reporting in Looker and partner with the NatureMade.com team to evaluate site optimization impact and identify scalable learnings. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.
