OT - Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes, develops, administers, directs, and supervises OT treatment in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. Responsibilities Embrace the Core Values of the Company, delivering superior quality in all actions. Assess patient’s level of functioning upon physician orders and plan appropriate treatments. Participate in interdisciplinary team processes and discharge planning. Complete documentation according to Department policy and procedures. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students. Promote patient and employee safety in all activities. Communicate effectively with patients and family members. Budget time and set priorities while maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Instill confidence in team members, patients, and families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS Certification required prior to first shift. Must hold a valid, current State license. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Why ARMStaffing?
