Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. You will support daily operations with strong customer service, clear communication, and a caring, agile approach grounded in teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.89 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, facility concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, and/or unsecured doors.
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and/or daily observations in required logs or reports, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
