Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Outpatient practice. No weekend clinic. M-F - 8 hour days.

3 days at high school based health center.

2 days at primary care clinic caring for all ages.

Very light call by phone 1:4 weeks.

Very sustainable, enjoyable pace. 12-15 patients per day.

Robust clinical support: assigned MA's, RN Care Coordinators, Referral Coordinator, Health Wellness Navigator, Outreach Enrollment and Patient Care Coordinators as well as Patient Transportation.

EPIC EHR.

Compensation based on experience. $110k min (new grad).

Excellent benefits: PTO-20 days per year plus added birthday/service awards. 12 days sick leave, 40 hours CME/$2k per year.

Medical insurance on day 1.

Retirement, life insurance. Eligible for state/federal loan repayment.

Experienced FNP preferred. New graduates with healthcare experience, strong training including primary care and pediatric rotations welcome to apply.
