Maris Home Improvements | Full-Time Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Bonuses Earning Potential: $175,000–$200,000+ Annually Build, Lead, and Grow a Winning Team Maris Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Marketing / Canvass Manager to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing field marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in canvassing, sales, recruiting, or team management who enjoys working in the field and driving results. As the Marketing / Canvass Manager, you will oversee a team of field marketers who engage homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active job sites, promote our services, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers Lead daily canvassing operations in targeted neighborhoods Generate and schedule free in-home estimates for the sales team Monitor production goals and team performance metrics Coach team members on presentations, communication, and customer engagement Distribute marketing materials, including flyers and brochures Ensure brand consistency and professionalism in the field Represent one of the area's top-rated home improvement companies Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually Uncapped Bonus Structure Potential Total Compensation: $175,000–$200,000+ per year Signing Bonus: $500–$1,000 (based on retention milestones) Paid training and ongoing professional development Proven systems and support to accelerate your success Flexible daily schedule with strong company backing Clear advancement opportunities into senior leadership roles Products & Services You'll Represent Decks & Fences Windows & Doors Siding, Soffit & Fascia Patio Covers Bathroom Remodeling Kitchen Remodeling Schedule Monday–Friday with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Saturday availability required Qualifications Previous experience in canvassing, sales, team leadership, or recruiting preferred Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable attendance and professional demeanor Ability to learn and deliver presentation scripts effectively Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Walk and stand for up to 5 hours per day Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Navigate neighborhoods, stairs, and uneven terrain Carry marketing materials and promotional items Why Maris?
