Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Location: Appleton, WI
Pay: $24.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Join a growing warehouse team where you'll play an essential role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. We're looking for a dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

Complete daily forklift safety inspections before operating equipment.
Pick and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks safely while maximizing efficiency.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using packing lists and bills of lading.
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor or Maintenance team.
Consolidate partial pallets and rework inventory as assigned.
Perform cycle counts and inventory recounts.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping and removing debris daily.
Work collaboratively with team members and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 45 pounds .
Ability to climb, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
