Step into a day as our Precision Welder–Fabricator
From the first spark to the final inspection, you’ll transform blueprints into finished metal components and assemblies. You’ll work hands-on with MIG, TIG, and stick processes, cutting and forming metal to exact specifications while upholding strict safety and quality standards.
Pay & SchedulePay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday role starting at $22-25/hr.
What you’ll handle- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan accurate builds
- Cut, weld, form, and assemble metal parts using fabrication tools and machinery
- Verify quality, tolerances, and accuracy of completed work
- Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and welding gear
- Coordinate with teammates to hit milestones and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
- Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and confidently run fabrication equipment
- Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred
- Lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfort working in an industrial shop environment
