Epic Ambulatory Analyst

The client is looking for a Senior Epic Applications Informaticist who can bridge the gap between clinical operations, healthcare workflows, and technology systems . Clinical workflows Revenue cycle processes Healthcare operations Data/reporting End-user support Application optimization Core Focus Areas 1. Epic Application Expertise The candidate should: Support and optimize Epic applications Handle configuration/troubleshooting Support upgrades and implementations Understand Epic workflows deeply Most important: Epic Ambulatory certification/credentialing 2. Healthcare Workflow Knowledge The client wants someone who understands: Clinical operations Front-office/revenue cycle Scheduling/workflows Patient flow Healthcare documentation 3. Analyst + Informatics Mindset They want someone who can: Analyze workflows Identify inefficiencies Improve processes Gather requirements Work with stakeholders Translate business needs into system improvements 4. Reporting / Data Skills Strong preference for: SQL Tableau Crystal Reports Dashboards/reporting Data analysis 5. Cross-Functional Communication The ideal candidate can: Work with providers/clinicians Train users Explain technical concepts simply Work with IT + operations together Key Must-Haves Strong Must-Haves 5+ years healthcare IT/HIT experience Epic experience Epic Ambulatory certification Clinical workflow knowledge Healthcare operations exposure Troubleshooting/application support Stakeholder communication Strong Nice-to-Haves Revenue cycle SQL Tableau Crystal Reports FQHC experience Healthcare analytics Project coordinationation
