This isn't an "answer-the-phone-and-process-orders" type of position. This role sits at the center of operations. You'll help technicians, customers, service teams, and warehouse operations get the right parts, at the right time, with the right urgency — helping minimize downtime and keep entire operations productive. Parts & Customer Support

• Process parts inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests
• Assist technicians and customers with identifying correct replacement parts and equipment solutions
• Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options
• Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
• Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and service excellence

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
• Receive, stock, pull, organize, and distribute parts inventory
• Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination

Operational & ERP Support

• Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and shipping records
• Utilize ERP, inventory management, and dealership systems to track parts and inventory activity
• Coordinate with service managers, technicians, vendors, and operations teams
• Support aftermarket operations and equipment service workflow efficiency

• Inventory management systems (IMS)
• Microsoft Excel & Microsoft 365
• Purchase order processing
• Service coordination
• Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems knowledge

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of experience in parts support, service, or inventory operations within:
• Material handling
• Forklift
• Heavy equipment
• Agriculture
• Automotive industries
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment systems preferred
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or parts systems
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Forklift experience is a plus
