Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction. Support everyday banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently. Build trusted relationships. Listen carefully, answer basic account questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for. Connect clients with solutions. Identify when a client may need additional support and make appropriate referrals to the right team member. Protect and perfect. Follow all cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures. Grow your knowledge. Complete training and continue building your understanding of banking products, services, systems, and client service expectations. Contribute to the team. Help maintain a clean, organized, professional branch environment and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.
