Speech Therapist in Cupertino, CA

Embark on an enriching contract opportunity supporting students' communication needs throughout the 26/27 school year. This full-time position is set near Cupertino, CA, working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll collaborate with both elementary and high school age groups, carrying a caseload of approximately 45-50 students.


Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SLP-CCC or clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for a diverse caseload of elementary and high school students
• Develop and implement IEPs, documenting progress toward individualized goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in both individual and group settings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in compliance with all guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
