Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Red Bay, Alabama
At Red Bay Nursing and Rehab, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in a warm and vibrant environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a critical role in the care of our residents, administering medications, performing treatments, and leading the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our residents, enjoy better hours and work-life balance, and work with a talented and motivated team of individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
Direct the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Create a positive and supportive environment for our residents, families, and staff
Use your excellent leadership skills to lead by example and promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity
Requirements:
Valid LPN nursing license
Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software
0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Certification, licensure, or registration requirements as per State/Local regulations
