- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare registration, admissions, or customer service strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance processes a plus.
- Bilingual skills are an asset.
