Senior Underwriter - Construction Bond - Round Rock, TX

 

Support Construction Bond line of business strategies by marketing and underwriting new and renewal business.

• Utilize Bond Center to support sales and service objectives.

• Ensure achievement of financial goals and business plan objectives.

• Develop marketing plans and strategies.

• Conduct client meetings and agency calls.

• Cultivate customer and producer relationships to promote Bond products and services.

• Identify and satisfy customer and producer needs.

• Analyze and assess underwriting information and complex risk to make recommendations to management.

• Balance risk relative to return to make effective and acceptable underwriting decisions.

• Maintain disciplined adherence to underwriting and service standards.

• Share pertinent information to support product development, market research, and identification of business opportunities.
