(*Comscore, Total Visits, March 2026) Day to Day In this role, you’ll own the product strategy and execution for Indeed’s Interview Platform; the core system of record powering interview creation, scheduling, and logistics across Indeed’s most critical hiring surfaces. You’ll partner daily with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional platform teams to shape APIs, data models, and event-driven systems that millions of employers and job seekers rely on. You’ll drive alignment on complex technical initiatives (including platform convergence and permissions architecture), manage a multi-client platform with contending priorities, and ensure that interview workflows, from calendar sync to notifications to candidate status, run reliably and compliantly at scale. Responsibilities Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories. Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog. Use data to guide decisions and measure impact. Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups. Skills/Competencies Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience. Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.) Experienced with APIs, data models, and event-driven systems Data driven mindset: diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and present to stakeholders Excellent communication skills: talk technical details with your team, then distill in written and oral presentations to leadership Salary Range Transparency Tier 1 – United States of America 150,000 – 224,000 USD per year Tier 2 – United States of America 166,000 – 250,000 USD per year Tier 3 – United States of America 182,000 – 274,000 USD per year Tier 4 – United States of America N/A Tier 5 – United States of America 207,000 – 311,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees.
