Position Summary Sam's Club #6684 4949 S 900 W, Riverdale, UT 84405-3777. Full‑time position, shifts may vary. Hourly rate $18.00–$26.00/hr (plus potential premiums). What You'll Do Be a Team Member : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively; adapt to business needs, including working in other areas. Be an Expert : Prepare food to item specifications; plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use hand‑held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pickups, training and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others. Be an Owner : Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service, acknowledge members, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, accept payment types, locate merchandise and resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Serve as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics; utilize the Open Door Policy; apply standards in executing business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change and learn from feedback. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
