Project Manager - Data Center (DCPMJM) Texas, USA Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of major data center construction packages from planning through completion. Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project teams. Manage project programme, schedule, budget and construction milestones. Coordinate MEP, CSA and specialist subcontractor activities. Drive project progress and ensure key deadlines are achieved. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation. Lead regular project meetings and provide progress reporting to senior management. Coordinate with commissioning and QA/QC teams to support successful system handover. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and project requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders. Requirements We are looking for candidates with: Previous experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of MEP and CSA construction Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders Strong programme, cost and schedule management experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in Texas for the duration of the contract Experience with major US data center operators / GCs #J-18808-Ljbffr Clear Engineering Recruitment
