Job Description

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and more. Training will be provided on the job. Communication skills and essential functions/skills are required, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing abilities include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel, etc.
