Job Costing Coordinator / Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and trainable individual to join our team as a Job Costing Coordinator / Accounting Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, day-to-day tasks and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles along with some exposure to a job-cost environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to stay focused on routine with important tasks that keep our financial records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain job cost data for ongoing projects
• Assist with basic accounting functions including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
• Review and verify job-related costs and supporting documentation
• Perform daily and weekly administrative accounting tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to focus and stay on task with everyday responsibilities
• Trainable to learn our systems and processes
• Some background or experience in a job cost environment (construction, service, manufacturing, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
