In this role, you'll be responsible for: Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers. Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings. Repairing or replacing broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. Locating and repairing issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks). Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems. Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring). Installing and maintaining water supply systems. Repairing domestic appliances (e.g., washing machines) and fixtures (e.g., sinks), etc. Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems. Skills and Requirements: Service Titan experience a plus! 5 or more years of Residential Service Plumbing experience required. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly with a great deal of patience. Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces. Compensation is $50,000 - $200,000 a year and is 100% commission based on revenue production. #J-18808-Ljbffr
